We are a responsible company and we care a great deal about the environment. We have strict guidelines in place for all the things – big and small – that could potentially have an environmental and quality impact. This includes:
- The adoption of cleaner, more energy efficient production processes.
- Reducing the environmental impact of the products we make, including developing totally bio-degradable mailing packs.
- Reducing our use of energy and solvents & the adoption of Lean Manufacturing Processes.
- Only using raw materials from sustainable resources (we were one of the first leading printers in the UK to receive FSC accreditation).
- Careful segregation of waste for recycling.
All these initiatives are significant, but that doesn’t mean we are complacent. At TLG we have an aggressive ‘Continual Improvement’ strategy in place to make sure we continually seek new ways to reduce our environmental footprint.
