We have over 30 people in our Group Services
Division. In essence, this department acts as the interface between
customers, sales teams and our production facilities. In such a
complex industry, this service element is absolutely crucial. And
from the outset, you will be working together with a dedicated Account
Manager who'll be making sure that everything runs as smoothly as
possible.
Account Managers will look after estimating, campaign management and administration. However, their main focus is on keeping you fully informed throughout the whole production process. Or to put it another way, they'll be letting you know just how well your idea is being looked after.
