Whilst it does not include information about companies it does include information we collect about company directors, officers, employees, sole traders and members of partnerships.

The Lettershop Group is registered in England under company number165672. Our registered office is at Whitehall Road, Leeds LS12 5XX. We are the data controller under the Data Protection Act 1998 in respect of the personal information to which this Privacy Policy applies.

What information do we collect from visitors to the Site?

We collect information from you if you choose to contact us with an enquiry, or subscribe to our email list. The information we collect includes your contact details (name, company, position, phone number and email address) together with information that you provide to us in order to respond to your enquiry. You warrant that any information you supply to us is accurate and up to date, that you will inform us if any such information requires updating and that if you submit a third party's details to us so that they receive our newsletters you have that third party's permission to do so.

How do we use your personal information?

As well as dealing with your enquiries, we may use your personal information to provide you with marketing information such as details of our promotions, new services and changes to the Site. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time by emailing us at unsubscribe@tlg.co.uk putting the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line.

To whom will we disclose personal information

We will only share personal information about you with companies within the same group as The Lettershop Group, our strategic partner, our agents and any company that buys The Lettershop Group or its assets. We will not trade, rent or pass your personal information to any other companies for direct marketing purposes.

How do you access the personal information we hold about you?

To obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you please write to David Vickers at The Lettershop Group Limited, Whitehall Park, Whitehall Road enclosing a cheque or postal order for £10 made payable to The Lettershop Group Limited to cover our administration costs. As soon as we are satisfied as to your identity we will send you, within 40 days of receipt of your written request and the fee, a copy of all the personal information we hold about you which we are legally required to disclose. Please contact us at the same address if you have any reason to believe the information we hold about you is inaccurate.

Security of your data

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 we keep secure records which contain personal information about you. The Internet is global and no data transmitted via the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure during transmission. We cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us before we receive it. It is also possible that the information you provide to us will be temporarily transferred via a route outside the European Economic Area as it passes between you and us.
